here is my cate logo in black and white and in color.

REDONE LOGO

 So my original logo looked weird or something so i redid it.

I chose to do my logo like this because i wanted something elegant that was tasteful, classy, simple, but shows my talents.  I chose these colors because these are my favorite colors and they make me happy whenever I see them.

expression thing

i did transparent circles by my head and going up into just one circle because I have a bunch of different characteristics but they all come together and make me. as far as the fonts go i chose the swirlie one because its really girlie looking and im very girlie. then i did the one that looks military because its totally different from all the other fonts like i am with everyone else then i chose the other fonts because theyre simpe but with flair kinda like the way i dress. i did the light spots for two reasons A) it looks cool and B) because i can bring you through situations and show you the light at the end ofthe tunnel (thats what one of my friends told me one time when i helped her through a break-up). i also aranged the words the way i did because its two different ways which is like how you feel about me. you either love me or you hate me.

Glyph Monster

This is my monster which was inspired be a clown so he's wearing a party hat and has crazy hair! I used a variety of letters and symbols; some that are common and some that are rare to give it this look! oh and the dots on the "i"s were there to look like claws haha

This is asemetrical because hes not in the middle, but I left blank space next to him so he wouldl look like he just  popped out!

I chose this quote because i felt that it was true and so I put the word 'Brief' in a font that would be short and tight, then I put 'life' in the rosewood font because it has a lot going on and most of the time our lives are so hectic that we forget to slow done and just enjoy ourselves, then I put 'love' in a really girly swirly font, and put the word 'long' in a font that would stretch out and also put spaces between each letter to make it longer.

Evaluating artwork using desing elements!

The fish are going diagonal which shows movement.
THis is emphasis because the one fish where you see the whole body is the most colorful and the best one. It also emphasizes the colors on this type of fish.

The way that all the lines are going everywhere makes it look very chaotic.

i think this has alternation rhythm because its the same thing just going in different directions.

since its a circle I feel protectiveness.

this is symetrical because if i were to cut it in half it would look exactly the same on both sides!

The way that all the things above her head are smaller gives the impression that that's what shes thinking about.

I think its semetrical because shes sitting right smack dab in the middle and it would look almost the exact same on each side if it was cut in half.

This is real texture because its a blanket.

this picture has alternation rhythm because the bumps in it are repeating its just not symetric. 

These are warm colors and they make you happy.

this has linear rhythm beacause its the same shape repaeted over and over again, just with different colors

Hi I'm Meredith and I play golf! trust me its not as boring once you learn how to play! I love hanging out with friends and making peoples days better by giving them compliments. I love the felling when you give someone a compliment and you see their face light up!  I also loooooooooooooooove shopping, but what ive learned from 'The Nanny' is to never pay full price!:) I love school, just not the homework part. I also love baking!! I make some pretty good red velvet cupcakes. I love hanging out with my family and I love going out to eat!! I love Freebirds burritos, they are so addictive!! I had an awesome summer, I went shopping and visited family! Thats all for now!!
